We here at Scrapping Gals want you to be pleased with your purchase, however in order to receive a full refund products must be returned within 14 days of purchase (inclusive of public holidays and weekends) and must have an RMA# (see below on how to obtain RMA).
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition for full credit. A 50% restocking fee will be charged if not in saleable condition. All items including paper products must be in their original unopened package for refund or exchange.
No returns on opened package.
All clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and are sold-as is. Please note our clearance section are those items that have incurred a "bump or bruise or have some other slight imperfection" during shipping but are still usable.
You will be assigned an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please include this number on your return packaging. Returns without RMA are refused and NO credit will be offered.
No refunds on punches or scissors--only a store credit for future use will be issued.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an item is ship incorrectly, we will refund the return shipping costs and replace with the correct item.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment that is damaged in transit we will work with you to resolve, if we choose to reship the damaged item(s) we will request that you submit a request for compensation within your host country with the courier service that is reimbursable to Scrapping Gals.
If you receive your package opened or if the items inside are damaged, it is your responsibity to file a claim with your local service / delivery provider. All of our packs are sent insured and require a signature for release. All of our orders are packed to ensure that they arrive to you in good condition, please note that we can not be held responsible for them once they leave our hands. Please note your delivery ticket if it is received open and file a claim with your delivery person within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that your claim is handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. We also encourage you to hold onto all packaging materials and items until your claim is resolved.
We encourage you to retain the original packing and boxes from your order for the 14 days after your order has arrived should you need to return an item.If you have questions or comments please e-mail us.
