We gladly ship to APO/FPO boxes and international addresses. We offer free shipping to APO/FPO as a way of saying "Thanks" to our military customers. Please be sure to ask about our special login and discounts for members of the armed forces.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Scrappinggals accepts MasterCard and Visa. If you wish to pay using Paypal, please select "PAY PAL" when completing your order. Please note that Pay Pal accepts only limited currencies. If you currency is not accepted by Pay Pal then please contact us for alternate means of payment if you do not have a credit card.

Any additional customs or duties charged by your respective country is the responsibility of you the purchaser, and Scrapping Gals will not be held responsible for these.
In the event you refuse a shipment AND IF it returned to us we will issue a credit less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping Fee's will not be refunded and will subtracted from the total refunded.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing the order (orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays).

All orders shipped to a US address with a total of US50.00 will have shipping fee's removed.
Please note that due to the weight of scrapbook albums and storage items we reserve the right to adjust their delivery fee. Delivery fee's if
adjusted will be adjusted based on actual weight.
Retreats and courses will NOT incur shipping or taxes.
If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please send contact us so that your country can be reviewed by our shipping manager.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment that is damaged in transit we will work with you to resolve, if we choose to reship the damaged item(s) we will request that you submit a request for compensation within your host country with the courier service that is reimbursable to Scrapping Gals.
If you receive your package opened or if the items inside are damaged, it is your responsibity to file a claim with your local service / delivery provider. All of our packs are sent insured and require a signature for release. All of our orders are packed to ensure that they arrive to you in good condition, please note that we can not be held responsible for them once they leave our hands. Please note your delivery ticket if it is received open and file a claim with your delivery person within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that your claim is handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. We also encourage you to hold onto all packaging materials and items until your claim is resolved.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: All clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and are sold-as is. Please note our clearance section are those items that have incurred a "bump or bruise or have some other slight imperfection" during shipping but are still usable.
BACK ORDERS:
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do occasionally exist.
If you order items that are currently not in stock, we will process a partial order of the in stock items. Out of stock items will be sent as a separate shipment once they become available. No additional shipping charges will apply.
If an item is on back-order from the vendor, the item will be removed from the order and the total adjusted accordingly.

Although we carry many different manufacturers' products, we do not directly represent any manufacturer and act only as a reseller of the manufacturer's products. Scrapping Gals or its consultants makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the quality or photo safe-ness of any products shown on our website.
