Joy To The World
Created by:  Kathy Samoline

Supplies Needed:

SR-168 Angel Stickers

Sheer Ribbon or other Fiber

Card Stack or Pre-cut Cardstock (5.5" x 8.5") - Reds

Green Cardsock for Matting

White Cardstock for Matting

Green Dye Ink or Green Chalk

Steps:

1.  Using your computer type up "Joy to the world" and print onto the white cardstock approx. 1" from the bottom of the card.

VARIATION:

Print onto vellum and attach to your card using eyelets or brads

or

Print onto adhesive vellum and place on your card!  Do a test print onto plain paper so that you can ensure that your text is properly aligned.  I would strongly recommend that you place all of the text onto the sheet with ample spacing so that you can make your cuts without worry.

2.  Cut piece of sheer ribbon approx. 7.5" long.  If you cut it too short you won't have room to tie the ends.  Remember, if it is too long once it is on your card you can always trim it, but if you cut it too short -- you'll be cutting again.

3.  Using your green dye ink pad (not pigmented ink -- because it will take too long to dry) or green chalk rub over the edges of white card stock and gently swip the top of the card for added deminision.

4.  Pick out sticker that you would like to use.  For this example we used the Angel holding the tree, but because this sticker sheet is very generous you can actually make 7 to 8 cards with just one sticker sheet!  A great sticker sheet if you do card swaps!

5.  Adhere the sticker you selected to the white cardstock that you just "colored".  Try adding a few of the small star stickers as well.

6.  Wrap sheer ribbon around the edge of the card and tie a knot.  Don't worry about it being fancy!  Trim the edge of ribbon to size -- using a diagonal cut.

7.  Adhere to green cardstock.

8.  Adhere the green cardstock to the card.
