How to Create Faux Pewter Accents
“Soar” by Denise Pauley
1. Spread dimensional glue evenly over cardstock. Allow to dry until tacky.
 
2. Coat stamp with clear embossing ink (to prevent sticking) and press into glue. Remove and wash stamp immediately.
3. Trim image to desired size and paint with a thin coat of pewter acrylic paint.



Supplies used in this project Specialty paper: Maruyama, Magenta; Stamps: Rubber Stampede; Pen: Staedtler; Stamping ink: StazOn, Tsukineko and Adirondack, Ranger Industries; Brads, eyelet and string: Making Memories; Dimensional adhesive: JudiKins; Other: Fabric, silver paint and thread.
 
NOTE:  Please remember recreating this project is easy when you substitute the materials that were used with the materials that you already own!
